**The Challenge** We are seeking an attorney with experience in **high-volume banking litigation**, who has hands-on experience managing **massified case portfolios** and deep expertise in the **judgment enforcement phase on the defendant's side**. If you are accustomed to handling high caseloads, simultaneously managing hundreds of cases, and possess agility in drafting legal documents and meeting deadlines, this opportunity is for you. * **Key Responsibilities** * Exclusive focus on a **massified portfolio of banking cases on the defendant's side**, with emphasis on **judgment enforcement**; * Drafting objections to judgment enforcement, submissions, appeals, and other procedural documents related to the enforcement phase; * Reviewing calculations, judicial asset freezes (Sisbajud), seizures, asset searches, and other enforcement actions; * Managing large caseloads, ensuring efficient deadline and procedural movement tracking; * Daily monitoring of court publications and case progress; * Updating internal systems and client platforms; * Performance driven by productivity, technical quality, and adherence to portfolio KPIs. **We seek professionals who have** * Proven experience in **mass banking litigation**; * Hands-on experience in **judgment enforcement on the defendant's side**; * Ability to handle a high volume of cases simultaneously; * Strong organizational skills, agility, and excellent deadline management; * A proactive profile, committed to results and delivery quality.
