




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Marketing & Client Analytics Specialist to strategically lead advanced analytics of customer, brand, and media data—transforming them into actionable insights. Act as a business area partner, driving results We are looking for a **Senior Marketing \& Client Analytics Specialist** to strategically perform advanced analytics on customer, brand, and media data. This professional will be responsible for transforming data from diverse sources into **actionable insights**, supporting decision-making, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing customer experience, and contributing to the evolution of the company’s marketing and business strategies. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Data Collection and Analysis** * Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources, including website, mobile apps, social media, digital campaigns, CRM, analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and data lake. * Develop exploratory analyses and analytical models to understand user behavior across the customer journey. **Monitoring Metrics and KPIs** * Define, track, and optimize KPIs for marketing initiatives, brand performance, customer behavior, and sales. * Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities to guide campaign improvements. **Management Reporting** * Collaborate with the BI team to build clear, visual, and decision-oriented dashboards and management reports. * Present insights and analyses to marketing \- brand, CRM, and customer teams, as well as executive leadership. **Opportunity Identification for Improvement** * Analyze customer journeys and processes to identify optimization opportunities. * Propose data-driven strategic actions to boost acquisition, retention, conversion, and customer experience. **Strategic Decision-Making Support** * Act as a business area partner, providing in-depth analyses and recommendations that drive results. * Contribute to diagnostics and testing (e.g., A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and inform decisions. **Continuous Analytics Learning** * Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in analytics, digital marketing, and consumer behavior. * Collaborate on evolving our analytical processes, tools, and data models. **Market Trend Monitoring (Fashion \& Lifestyle)** * Monitor consumption trends in the **fashion and lifestyle** sector, analyzing customer behavior across physical and digital channels. * Track competitors and market scenarios to anticipate strategic moves. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Administration, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Data Science * Or related fields **Technical Knowledge** * Proven experience in **Marketing Analytics**, Client Analytics, or Business Intelligence. * Proficiency in data analysis tools such as: Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar. * Familiarity with NielsenIQ platform and Homescan panel is desirable. * Basic programming knowledge (preferably Python, SQL, or R) for data manipulation and analysis. * Experience working with data lake environments, CDPs, CRMs, and digital platforms. * Knowledge of performance metrics, attribution modeling, journey analysis, and statistical modeling (desirable). **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical thinking and critical perspective. * Ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic information. * Strong communication, organization, and autonomy. * Curious mindset, results-oriented, and highly collaborative. **Additional Information** **Internal candidates’ application deadline is March 12\.** **Work format: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote)** **Work location: POA\- RS or São Paulo\- SP** What excites you?
