You will lead production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and project teams, ensuring achievement of strategic and financial goals.**Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, or related fields). * Postgraduate qualification in Management and Leadership. * Solid experience in manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and safety management. * Knowledge of performance indicator management. * Experience with continuous improvement programs. * Experience with ERP systems. * Fluent English; Spanish is desirable. * Willingness to work in Lorena\-SP. **What We Offer** As part of a truly global company, you will have opportunities to grow and learn within a diverse and collaborative culture.
