Responsibilities Ensure equipment compliance in the assigned plant with requirements set by certifications, regulatory standards, licenses, and others. Knowledge of failure analysis tools to conduct studies aimed at increasing reliability of site equipment, components, and electrical systems, when necessary issuing engineering studies according to applicable techniques, procedures, and methods. Issue technical specifications for developing and implementing maintenance service contracts and purchasing electrical equipment. Annual ART collection within the area of responsibility. Responsible for issuing technical analyses for direct purchases of electrical equipment, supporting inventory item management related to technical aspects. Responsible for responding to internal and external audits, regulatory agencies and similar, participating in reception and accompanying visits, gathering information, documents, and preparing reports as needed. Contribute to field team development by clarifying technical questions and internal process doubts, supporting execution of more complex activities, use of internal systems, and various routines. Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies and standards by performing activities in alignment with company-defined procedures, instructing other employees, and ensuring compliance with legislation. Responsible for developing and monitoring compliance with Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Plans in SAP systems and service scheduling; when derived from such recommendations, responsible for reviews, standardization, and updates of plans in existing management and control software. Responsible for issuing monthly management reports on indicators and controls in the electrical specialty. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Electrotechnics or Power Electrical Systems. Active CREA registration \- Mandatory Mandatory Knowledge: NR10 (eligible for Electrical Engineers), NBR 5410, NBR 14039, NBR 5419, NBR\-IEC 60079 Electrical expertise \- Synchronous/Asynchronous Motors, Transformers, Frequency Inverters, Protection Systems, Substations, etc. Experience in industrial plants (chemical industry) Proficiency in Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Reliability and Risk Mapping ERP SAP System (PM modules) Advanced Office Suite Desirable Knowledge Specialization in Maintenance Management Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, and NFPA standards.
