This includes monitoring administrative and judicial proceedings, engaging with communities and public agencies, and conducting negotiations with stakeholders—ensuring alignment with company guidelines and maintaining strong institutional relationships. * Also leads internal coordination of land-related demands, assigns and monitors technical team activities, and tracks departmental performance indicators. Responsible for strategic planning considering socio-environmental risks and impacts, preparation of management reports, and representing the company in external forums—contributing to decision-making and business sustainability. **What Will Make You Successful?** -------------------------------- **Academic Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in fields such as Surveying, Agronomy, Engineering (Environmental, Forestry or Agricultural), Geography, Law, or related disciplines. Postgraduate studies in Land Management, Agrarian Law, Georeferencing, or related fields are desirable. **Knowledge and Skills** Strong experience in land management and land regularization. Experience engaging with communities, surface rights holders, and public agencies. Experience managing land-related administrative and judicial proceedings. Knowledge of documentary, notarial, and tax regularization of properties. Negotiation and stakeholder conflict management skills. Knowledge of georeferencing and topographic processing software. Experience preparing management reports and analyzing performance indicators. Experience coordinating with internal departments such as Legal, Sustainability, and Operations. Knowledge of socio-environmental risk management related to land affairs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Profile** Leadership and people development.
