




Job Summary: Role as a Senior Labor Attorney, focused on drafting legal documents, procedural monitoring, attending hearings, and providing legal consulting services to clients. Proficiency in legal systems and artificial intelligence tools **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) **Compensation:** R$7.000,00 **Work Format:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Residency Requirement:** Curitiba/PR or metropolitan region Law degree with active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration Completed postgraduate specialization or master’s degree in Labor Law or Labor Procedural Law; a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law will be considered a plus Proven senior-level experience in Labor Law, including handling medium- and high-complexity labor lawsuits Experience in employer-side legal representation and collective bargaining negotiations is preferred Solid knowledge of labor legislation and labor procedural law, including hearing routines, deadline management, appeal drafting, and negotiations, with practical experience handling labor claims for companies Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel Proficiency in the Electronic Judicial Process System (PJe) and other Labor Court systems Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Microsoft 365, artificial intelligence, and Projuris Proactive profile, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to build interpersonal relationships, attention to detail, and collaborative attitude **Responsibilities:** Drafting procedural documents (e.g., responses, appeals, statements, and reports), comprehensive management of labor litigation cases, participation in conciliation and evidentiary hearings, evidence analysis and procedural strategy development, deadline and publication tracking, document and contract review, preparation of legal opinions, doctrinal and jurisprudential research, internal system data entry and document organization, client interaction, and advisory support on labor-related matters.
