Definition of legal strategies We are seeking a Senior Labor Attorney with extensive experience in strategically managing labor litigation cases, conducting hearings, and drafting appeals. This professional will play a key role in defining legal strategies, managing case portfolios, and providing technical support to the team. **Main Responsibilities** * Conducting **labor hearings** (initial, evidentiary, and conciliation) * Drafting and reviewing **labor appeals** (ordinary, review, embargos, etc.) * Preparing **strategic procedural documents** * Managing a **portfolio of cases** and providing end-to-end oversight * Monitoring and complying with **procedural deadlines** * Risk analysis and definition of **legal strategies** * Providing advisory services to clients * Using the **ADVBOX** system for case management and productivity * Providing technical support and guidance to junior/mid-level attorneys **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed Law degree * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) * Solid experience in labor law (minimum 5 years) * Advanced hands-on experience in **labor hearings** * Proven experience drafting **appeals** * Proficiency in **deadline management and handling high-volume caseloads** * Experience using the **ADVBOX** system * Excellent legal writing skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience representing **plaintiffs and/or defendants** * Experience working at mid- to large-sized law firms * Knowledge of **Banking Labor Law** * Experience in labor calculations and judgment enforcement * Strategic mindset and technical leadership capability **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong analytical ability * Organization and management of multiple concurrent tasks * Assertive communication and professional demeanor * Proactivity and autonomy * Sense of urgency and accountability * Leadership and team support capability Job Type: Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$5\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
