If you are passionate about technology, software architecture, performance, and best practices, this is the right place to accelerate your career. **Key Challenges:** * Develop new projects and implement continuous improvements on the platform. * Analyze and optimize application performance. * Contribute to the specification of new features, bringing a technical perspective. * Investigate root causes of issues and propose structured solutions. * Support architects in technological challenges and architectural evolution. * Implement robust solutions aligned with industry best practices. * Conduct code reviews, contributing to the squad’s technical maturity. * Ensure stability and quality of production environments. * Monitor metrics, logs, observability, and application health. * Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban). * Support user acceptance testing and implement fixes. * Perform technical refinement and break down tasks within the squad. **What are the key competencies for this role?** * Bachelor’s degree in technology-related fields. * Experience in software development. * Required technical knowledge: * Java 11+ (Java 21 is a plus) and/or Kotlin. * Spring Boot and automated testing (unit, integration, contract tests). * Clean/Hexagonal architecture, BFF, and microservices. * Object-oriented programming and design patterns. * Data structures and algorithms. * Inter-service communication (REST, messaging, event-driven). * SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB, etc.). * AWS (EKS, S3, IAM, ElastiCache, etc.). * Docker and Kubernetes. * CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, SonarQube). * Git and GitFlow best practices. * Monitoring and observability (Kibana, Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.). * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
