Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our technology team, responsible for designing, developing, and evolving critical, highly scalable enterprise applications—actively contributing to architectural decisions and standard definitions. We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our technology team and work on the design, development, and evolution of critical, highly scalable enterprise applications. We seek a professional with strong technical expertise who actively contributes to architectural decisions and standard definitions. **Responsibilities:** Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, highly available Java applications; Define and evolve microservice-based architectures; Develop and optimize secure, scalable REST APIs; Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices; Support architectural and technical decision-making alongside leadership; Ensure application quality, security, performance, and observability; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture); **Minimum Requirements:** Proven, solid experience with Java; Proficiency in Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem; Advanced experience building REST APIs; Robust hands-on experience with microservice architecture; Experience with Docker and containerization; Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling; Experience with automated testing and version control best practices. **Nice-to-Haves (not mandatory):** Knowledge of Blockchain and distributed network concepts; Experience with EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine); Smart contract development in Solidity; Experience with Go (Golang); Knowledge of Node.js; Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar); Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines; Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP). **Desired Profile:** Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills; Good communication and ability to influence technical decisions; Proactivity and ownership mindset; Continuous interest in innovation and emerging technologies; Ability to thrive in agile and collaborative environments.
