Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional to implement and enhance backend services in Java, transforming requirements into valuable solutions while ensuring performance and reliability. Collaboration in an agile environment focused on code quality and observability **We are looking for someone who dares to proactively lead alongside us.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Implement and evolve backend services in Java 17/21, prioritizing complex integrations, ETL/file processing, and inter-system communication. * Read requirements (in English) and translate them into valuable solutions, prioritizing deliveries aligned with business direction. * Design, code, test (unit, integration, container tests), review, and support production deployments. * Instrument and observe applications on Azure (Application Insights, native alerts), ensuring performance and reliability. * Collaborate in a multi-vendor environment (data consumption/production chains), negotiating interface contracts and technical SLAs. * Practice code quality (static analysis beyond the Sonar dashboard; understand/adjust underlying tools), version control, and CI/CD. * Work in an agile model (SAFe as reference), accepting value-oriented replanning. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Modern Java (17/21) in production; ability to advance to 21/24 and guide the team through this transition. * Strong experience in integrations (files/jobs/queues/APIs), ETL, and data pipeline design. * Testing: expertise in unit + integration and containerized tests; * Static analysis: ability to configure/interpret tools such as SpotBugs/Checkstyle/PMD. * Daily use of Azure (native observability, alerts, managed services). * Reading documentation in English (mandatory). **Desirable:** * Prior experience with Cosmos DB (Azure Cosmos DB) and other Azure datastores. * Experience with Kubernetes/containers, messaging/asynchronous systems, and storage. * Observability practices (traces, metrics, structured logs, APM) using Application Insights and Azure alerts. * Background in data-oriented architectures and batch/near-real-time processing. * Conversational English (a plus for occasional direct interaction). **Additional Information:** * For your health, we offer **comprehensive medical and dental assistance**, with no co-payment for exams or consultations. * Want more well-being?
