If this way of working resonates with you, come join us. **Your Responsibilities:** * Develop low- to medium-complexity automations following best practices and development standards, focusing on efficiency and scalability. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on existing automations to ensure stability and optimal performance. * Provide support for automations, handling low- to medium-complexity tickets and ensuring high availability. * Participate in alignment sessions and process improvement initiatives, collaborating with the team and stakeholders. * Support initiatives aimed at evolving and standardizing existing automations. **What We’re Looking For:** * Completed or ongoing degree in IT, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience with RPA tools, preferably IBM RPA. * Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or similar. * Knowledge of databases (creating tables, queries, inserts, and updates). * Familiarity with agile methodologies. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Prior experience developing automations using low-code tools. * Experience working within automation squads. * Prior experience providing end-to-end automation support — handling tickets and tracking resolution through delivery. **Work Location:** * This is a fully remote position. **Employment Types** * CLT **Benefits of Being a Zallper:** Meal/Voucher Allowance CAJU multi-benefit card, issued as credit, offering flexibility for daily use.
