




A company in the civil construction sector, active in industrial projects and infrastructure, is seeking an experienced professional to join the Human Resources Department team, with a focus on managing labor routines and legal compliance. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and verify **payroll**, social charges, and ancillary obligations (eSocial, FGTS, INSS, IRRF, SEFIP, DIRF, RAIS). * Perform **hiring, termination, severance calculations, vacations, and 13th salary**. * Monitor and analyze **electronic timekeeping and work schedules of operational teams** (construction sites, plants, and transportation). * Manage **benefits** (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, food basket, etc.) and **ASOs** in coordination with SESMT. * Ensure compliance with **collective agreements and conventions** for the sector (SINDUSCON / SINTRACON). * Support managers and site leaders on matters related to labor legislation and personnel practices. * Participate in labor and social security **audits and inspections**. * Prepare **management reports** on costs, absenteeism, and personnel indicators. * Propose **process improvements** within the department and act as a technical reference for the team. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting**, or related fields. * Solid experience in **Human Resources Department** routines. * Advanced knowledge of **eSocial, labor legislation, and union conventions**. * Proficiency in payroll and electronic timekeeping systems. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
