Payroll management and legal compliance We are seeking an **HR Department Analyst** to support personnel administration routines and assist in recruitment and selection processes, contributing to organizational efficiency, legal compliance, and effectiveness of people management practices. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening and organizing admission documents; * Support new employee onboarding and internal initiatives related to workplace climate and development; * Conduct hiring, termination, and contract termination procedures; * Support payroll closing and verification, as well as statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, and IRRF); * Submit and monitor eSocial events and ancillary obligations such as DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, and RAIS, where applicable; * Manage vacation schedules, leaves of absence, benefits, and job stability periods; * Verify vacation pay, 13th salary, and severance calculations; * Support compliance with labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and conventions; * Provide support during labor audits and inspections; * Address employee and manager inquiries related to the HR Department; * Monitor departmental metrics, such as absenteeism and turnover; * Support the organization and continuous improvement of HR Department processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or currently enrolled from the 4th semester onward in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Experience in the HR Department, particularly in payroll routine activities; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Experience with eSocial, DCTFWeb, and FGTS Digital; * Experience with payroll systems (Senior, Domínio, Alterdata, TOTVS, Sankhya, or similar); * Intermediate-level or higher proficiency in Excel; * Experience with electronic time tracking systems and benefits administration. **Benefits** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: **R$ 1\.100,00** * Coffee Voucher: **R$ 7,00 per workday** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR) * Transportation Voucher **Working Hours** **Monday to Thursday:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Friday:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation: R$3\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
