As a **Senior HR Analyst** in our BPO, you will be the right-hand support for our clients, ensuring compliance, agility, and excellence in payroll management. **Your key responsibilities:** * **Payroll Management:** Perform complete payroll processing for multiple clients. * **Taxes and Obligations:** Calculate taxes and submit statutory filings. * **Employee Lifecycle Management:** Execute onboarding, offboarding (terminations), vacation tracking, and leave management. * **Technical Consulting:** Interpret and apply different Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and current labor legislation. * **Customer Service:** Resolve inquiries from managers and employees of serviced clients, focusing on resolution and partnership. **What we’re looking for in you:** * **Prior experience in BPO or Accounting Firms** (essential for handling high-volume workloads). * Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel). * Up-to-date knowledge of the Brazilian Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and eSocial regulations. * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills. * Preferred: Experience with Totvs system.
