As a Senior Frontend Developer at BairesDev, you will architect and develop sophisticated web applications using modern JavaScript technologies. You'll lead frontend initiatives, mentor junior developers, and create high\-performance, scalable user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. What You'll Do: * Design and implement advanced, scalable frontend architectures using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies. * Lead technical design and architectural decisions for frontend solutions. * Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's frontend development best practices. * Develop complex, high\-performance web applications with optimized rendering and state management. * Implement advanced state management and performance optimization techniques. * Conduct comprehensive code reviews and ensure high\-quality frontend development. What We Are Looking For: * 4\+ years of experience with frontend JavaScript development. * Strong expertise in modern JavaScript ecosystem and advanced frontend architecture. * Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and ES6\+ features. * Experience with state management, performance optimization, and complex UI development. * Advanced knowledge of web performance and optimization techniques. * Advanced level of English.
