Ensure application performance, quality, and security ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to work on the development and evolution of mobile applications, ensuring solution quality, performance, and scalability. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** Developing, maintaining, and evolving mobile applications using Flutter; Defining and applying best practices for architecture and development patterns; Participating in technical and functional requirements analysis, proposing scalable solutions; Implementing new features and fixing bugs; Ensuring application performance, quality, and security; Integrating APIs and external services; Conducting code reviews and supporting the team's technical development; Contributing to continuous process improvement; Documenting technical solutions and development workflows. **REQUIREMENTS:** Proven experience with Flutter and Dart (senior level); Experience consuming REST APIs and using Git; Knowledge of mobile architecture and coding best practices; Experience with agile methodologies; **NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS THAT WILL STAND OUT:** Knowledge of the Go programming language; Proactive, collaborative profile with interest in sharing knowledge with the team.
