We are seeking a **Senior Financial Consultant**, with solid experience in controllership and financial planning, to lead the financial structuring of our clients, ensuring predictability, organization, and strategic support for business decisions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the structuring and standardization of financial and controllership processes; * Structure and validate core finance processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow control, and financial closing; * Ensure finance routines align with the generation of reliable reports and strategic decision-making; * Structure, analyze, and validate financial and accounting statements, such as Income Statements (DRE), Cash Flow Statements (DFC), Balance Sheets, and strategic indicators; * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and medium- to long-term financial planning processes; * Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and performance levers; * Develop financial models and economic feasibility analyses; * Lead valuation processes and economic\-financial analyses to support strategic decisions; * Support strategic decisions based on financial scenarios and sensitivity analyses; * Lead executive meetings with partners and leadership teams to present financial diagnostics and recommendations; * Monitor and ensure implementation of proposed financial strategies; * Serve as the technical reference on projects, ensuring delivery quality and consistency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Proven experience in controllership, financial planning, or FP\&A; * Experience in structuring and reorganizing comprehensive finance routines; * Ability to structure strategic financial planning and budgeting processes; * Ability to analyze and interpret accounting and financial statements (Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and Balance Sheets); * Experience in financial modeling and valuation processes; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; (mandatory) * Strategic mindset and ability to connect finance with operational and commercial decisions; * Ability to lead executive discussions with clients and leadership teams; * High level of organization, accountability, and autonomy. **Preferred Qualifications:** * In-depth knowledge of tax legislation and tax planning; * Experience in financial restructuring or corporate reorganization; * Knowledge of financial process mapping and improvement; * Experience implementing or reviewing financial systems/ERPs; * Familiarity with BI tools. **Additional Information** Employment type: Independent contractor (PJ); Collaborative culture with constant cross-team exchanges and emphasis on autonomy; Opportunity for career growth with direct exposure to leadership and strategic projects; Work across diverse industries and business challenges.
