




Job Summary: Responsible for updates and maintenance of Linux servers, ensuring continuity of local systems in pharmacies, with focus on N2 support and post-implementation validations. Familiarity with SSH, SCP, VNC, and Shell scripts **Field N2 Support Technicians** Working schedule aligned with business hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, with possibility of additional tasks after regular hours. **Immediate start** Work region: **Federal District** **Summary:** Responsible for performing updates and maintenance on Linux servers installed in pharmacies, following a daily schedule and ensuring continuity of local systems. **Responsibilities:** Execute updates and post-implementation validations; Check services, logs, and connectivity; Record activities and escalate to N3 support when necessary. **Requirements:** N2 and Linux support experience (CLI, services, logs, packages); Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills; Familiarity with SSH, SCP, VNC, and Shell scripts. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in large-scale update projects; Linux or ITIL certifications; Experience in retail environments. **Profile:** Organized, autonomous, and communicative.
