Job Summary: The Senior Estimator develops, analyzes, and revises technical construction budgets, ensuring proposal competitiveness, feasibility, and profitability while supporting commercial and technical decision-making. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and reviewing technical construction and project budgets, ensuring competitiveness, technical and financial feasibility, as well as proposal profitability. The role requires analytical and strategic engagement—interpreting designs, obtaining quotations, structuring unit cost compositions, and directly supporting the company’s commercial and technical decisions. There will be constant interaction with internal departments, suppliers, and clients, making this position a key contributor in developing robust, accurate, and competitive proposals. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Prior experience in construction or project estimation (senior level); * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (architectural, structural, etc.); * Experience in quantity take-offs and cost composition; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and related software; * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Experience obtaining quotations for materials, labor, and equipment; * Experience conducting technical-financial feasibility analysis; * Preferred: Experience with steel structures and cladding systems (particularly metal roofing and thermoplastic membranes); * Analytical and critical thinking skills; * High attention to detail; * Organizational and deadline management skills; * Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and commercial teams; * Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility; * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze designs and extract material and service quantities; * Prepare comprehensive technical construction and service budgets; * Obtain quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers; * Structure unit cost compositions (materials, labor, equipment, and indirect costs); * Evaluate technical and financial feasibility of projects; * Participate in client meetings to present and defend proposals; * Adjust budgets according to negotiations and project requirements; * Prepare technical and commercial documentation for proposals; * Record and track budgets in system/CRM; * Interact with internal departments (design, procurement, finance, construction); * Suggest process improvements and cost optimization measures; * Support strategic decision-making through cost and feasibility analyses.
