Annual profit-sharing **Requirements:** • Proficiency in Senior Sistemas technology and LSP language, systems analysis and development, programming logic, corporate process mapping and reading. • Strong communication skills (oral and written), teamwork ability, adaptability, commitment, proactivity, and strategic vision. **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Computer Science. **Key Responsibilities:** • Open, track, and follow up on tickets with Prisma or Senior; • Update system versions provided by Senior; • Support and execute IT projects involving Senior solutions, including integrations with other systems; • Provide technical support for Senior solutions to internal users; • Perform data modeling according to the Cooperative’s specifications and Senior’s directives; • Develop screens/reports using LSP language and, occasionally, SQL Server triggers—strictly adhering to Senior’s standards; • Create flowcharts and document business processes. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 and 13:30–18:00 (IN-PERSON). **Benefits:** Competitive market-based salary, on-site meals, meal allowance, life insurance, incentives for professional training and development, annual profit-sharing opportunity, real career growth opportunities.
