At Objective, we’ve already begun building that future—and you’ll have the opportunity to build **robust solutions, mentor colleagues, and accelerate deliveries by combining code with AI!** **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * Use Generative AI as a structured part of the development workflow (planning, specification, implementation, and review). * **Practice Spec\-Driven Development using Plan Mode, clear rule definitions, contracts, and guardrails.** * Work with AI-assisted agents and workflows to accelerate deliveries without compromising best practices. * Consistently apply TDD, DDD, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns. * Contribute to technical decisions and elevate the team’s level of conscious AI usage in development. * Develop applications and support colleagues by applying engineering best practices and leveraging **AI across the entire development workflow**. **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * Solid experience with **Java**. * Already uses AI in the development process (not just for code generation). * Understands AI limitations, risks, and hallucinations. * Applies guardrails, validations, and objective quality criteria. * Uses AI to increase productivity while maintaining technical responsibility. * Can critically review code generated by AI. * Established use of Generative AI (at work or in personal projects). * Willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues in using AI for software development. * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. * Strong command of TDD, DDD, Clean Code, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture. * Solid knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * Experience in **complex microservices architecture**. * Experience in **multi\-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)**. * Practices planning before implementation. * Knows how to structure clear specifications to guide **LLMs**. * Experience in **front\-end (Angular or React)**. **PROCESS STEPS:** * Application * Cultural fit interview * Technical interview \+ Live coding * Hiring
