Job Summary: We are seeking a developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications focused on Generative AI, using Python and modern technologies, while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions Description: Requirements and Qualifications: * Proficiency in Python and software architecture (APIs, distributed services, modularity, testing). * Proven experience building web applications and integrating front\-end with APIs. * Practical experience with Generative AI: embeddings, LLMs, tool functions, prompting, agents. * Solid understanding of relational and non\-relational databases, caching, message queues, and asynchronous pipelines. * Git, CI/CD, cloud environments. ADDITIONAL ASSETS: THE FOLLOWING WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ASSET: * Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LangFuse, Qdrant, Pinecone, or similar technologies. * End\-to\-end RAG implementation experience (indexing, querying, evaluation). * Experience with agent\-oriented architectures. * Advanced fullstack development (React / Vue). * Prior experience in educational products, social impact initiatives, or large\-scale systems. * Experience monitoring LLM quality and conducting A/B tests on prompts. YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Experience programming in JavaScript; * Supporting the project through development, modification, maintenance, and evaluation of software products. * Enhancing existing software products to add new features, improve performance, and increase usability. * Recommending changes to development, maintenance, and system standards. Responsibilities: For our Technology team, we seek candidates with: * Experience developing and maintaining web applications using Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask) and integrating with modern front\-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.). * Ability to design, implement, and orchestrate complete RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) pipelines: indexing, chunking, embeddings, vector storage, reranking, and monitoring. * Capability to create and evolve intelligent chatbots and agents that interpret context, execute tools, and access internal data. * Experience building Generative AI workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, LangFuse, OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc. * Skill in instrumenting metrics for latency, response quality, observability, and continuous improvement loops in AI pipelines. * Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, research, pedagogical content) to transform educational requirements into scalable and secure solutions. * Experience automating and optimizing data pipelines, external integrations, and asynchronous processing tasks. * Commitment to best practices in architecture, testing, version control, security, and AI governance.
