Excellent communication skills are essential, as understanding user needs is paramount. Furthermore, planning, business acumen, and attention to security, cost, and quality are integral to daily responsibilities. **What we need from you:** * Plan and help us build a simple and scalable data architecture; * Formulate hypotheses and conduct tests that can be quickly validated or discarded; * Assist data analysts in obtaining the data required for their analyses; * Share knowledge with colleagues; * Document and catalog loaded data; * Monitor data volume and runtime per pipeline; * Demonstrate strong communication skills; * Pay close attention to detail and possess well-developed organizational skills, including task prioritization and deadline adherence. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------------ * Prior experience with extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL); * Knowledge of deploying and maintaining DAGs; * Ability to structure concepts and problems to manage projects from inception through solution proposal; * Familiarity with tools such as DataFactory and Databricks; * Strong ability to communicate ideas and deliver presentations; * Experience with SQL and Python; * Experience with AWS (Athena / S3 bucket) and Airflow; * Experience with CI/CD; * Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality. **How you can impress us?** * Familiarity with tools such as BigQuery, Delta Lake, and Cloud Storage; * Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and containers; * Experience with Azure DevOps / Git; * Experience with SonarCloud, Veracode, or similar tools. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** -------------------------- Hybrid work in São Paulo (Santo Amaro), 3 days per week **Benefits:** * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Life Insurance; * Pluxee (meal voucher and/or food allowance); * Wellhub — gym membership and mental health support program; * Childcare allowance; * Extended Maternity/Paternity Leave; * Birthday day off; * Transportation allowance.
