### **Our Data Platform Team** Our mission is not to build data pipelines or reports, but rather to build and evolve the engine that makes all of that possible. We are a Software Engineering team focused on Data. We develop tooling, frameworks, infrastructure, and abstractions (Platform as a Product) that empower dozens of data engineers and data scientists across the company. We treat infrastructure as code and build highly performant, scalable systems—ensuring the data lifecycle is secure, fast, and delivers the best possible developer experience (DevEx). ### **Your responsibilities as a CSixer** * Real software development: design and evolve frameworks, libraries, APIs, and internal tools in Python and Golang to support our data platform; * Architecture and Cloud: design and implement robust, scalable software architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), managing underlying infrastructure for tools such as Airflow, Dataflow, and Kubernetes clusters; * Automation and CI/CD: create and maintain complex CI/CD pipelines, ensuring quality, automated testing, and continuous deployments (Infrastructure as Code); * Platform Evolution: research, propose, and implement new technologies and architectural patterns to optimize cloud resource consumption and improve resilience across our ecosystems; * Reliability Engineering: drive observability, monitoring, and performance optimization for the platform as a whole—not just individual pipelines. ### **Requirements and experience** * Software Engineering Mindset: strong backend/platform software development experience (This is not a role for building ETL pipelines or SQL modeling); * Languages: deep expertise in Python (mandatory) and hands-on experience with Golang (highly desirable and a significant differentiator); * Best Practices: mastery of software architecture, Clean Code, Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and a strong testing culture (unit, integration, and end-to-end); * DevOps & Infrastructure: deep knowledge of CI/CD, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, etc.); * Cloud & Orchestration: experience administering and deploying orchestrators (e.g., large-scale Airflow), event-driven architecture, and a solid foundation in Cloud Computing (GCP is our primary environment); * Willingness to work onsite in downtown São Paulo (Av. 9 de Julho); * **Nice-to-haves**: * Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certifications in Architecture or Engineering; * Prior experience building internal developer tooling for data teams. ### **Our benefits** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Health and Dental Insurance; * Daycare Assistance; * Life Insurance; * WellHub; * Conexa | Psicologia Viva — free online therapy; * C6 Carbon Card; * Carbon Spa — beauty salon located in our office; * Nursing Room; * Citizen Company — extended maternity and paternity leave; * Bicycle Parking; * Changing Rooms; * Social Area — video games, billiards table, playball, barbecue grill, draft beer dispenser, snack bar, multiple rest areas, hammocks, basketball hoop, and collaborative organic garden. **C6 BANK** ----------- ### **FOR AN EXTRAORDINARY LIFE** We serve individuals, micro-entrepreneurs (MEIs), and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across all Brazilian states.
