**The Profile We Seek:**
We seek a Senior Data Analyst responsible for conducting data analyses and monitoring at the Product layer, generating visibility and recommendations to strategically guide the sub-acquirer's operations. The person will also be responsible for maintaining and managing the BI platform (AWS QuickSight), ensuring governance, availability, and continuous evolution of analytical assets used by business areas.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct exploratory analyses and continuous monitoring of Product data (transactions, customer behavior, user journeys, conversion funnels, feature performance) to support strategic operational decisions.
* Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports in AWS QuickSight, ensuring reliability, performance, and adherence to best practices in modeling.
* Administer the QuickSight platform: dataset management, permissions, asset versioning, environment migrations, and access governance.
* Develop and maintain SQL/PostgreSQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and delivery to business areas.
* Identify performance deviations at the Product layer, investigate root causes, and propose actions jointly with Product, Technology, and Operations teams.
* Support squads and stakeholders with ad hoc analyses that underpin strategic discussions and the Product roadmap.
* Ensure standardization, quality, and traceability of reported metrics.
* Automate routine monitoring tasks and reduce manual effort in recurring analytical processes.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Proven experience in data analysis, preferably focused on Product or Operations.
* Proficiency in SQL (intermediate/advanced), with experience in PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
* Practical experience with BI tools, preferably AWS QuickSight (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio are acceptable if willing to migrate).
* Proficiency in Excel and strong ability to structure presentations (PowerPoint).
* Strong writing and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences.
**Differentiators**
* Prior experience in fintechs, acquirers/sub-acquirers, banks, or payment solutions.
* Experience administering BI platforms (asset management, permissions, CLI/API-based migrations).
* Knowledge of AWS (QuickSight, S3, Athena, RDS) and fundamentals of data engineering.
* Familiarity with Python for analysis and automation.
* Experience with Product metrics (activation, retention, engagement, cohorts) and OKR frameworks.
* Curiosity about financial products and the payments market.
