Your mission will be to develop strategic indicators and analyses, lead automation projects, and structure intelligent processes that generate clarity and impact across the entire organization, supporting the construction and evolution of this multidisciplinary unit. No problem—we support **remote/home office** work. **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead end-to-end analyses (descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive) on legal/regulatory and strategic topics; * Create, monitor, and evolve metrics for the Regulatory and Strategic Operations, Legal, Compliance, Ombudsman, and Internal Risk and Controls Management areas; * Develop interactive dashboards and managerial reports using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Databricks, Metabase, or similar) to support strategic decision-making; * Collaborate with the Analytics Engineering team to enhance our data catalog; * Lead process automation initiatives and projects to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks; * Participate in regulatory and corporate projects, transforming data into actionable insights to support business decisions and ensure regulatory compliance; * Translate complex information into clear, accessible, and strategic analyses for various company stakeholders; * Support leadership in defining priorities, tracking strategic metrics, and evolving the area’s efficiency and innovation plan. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience in one of the following fields: Economics, Law, Data Analysis/Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related disciplines; * Solid experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, with focus on business metrics, KPIs, and data visualization; * Advanced SQL knowledge; * Professional experience analyzing data using Python; * Practical experience applying statistical modeling to business data, performance metrics, and strategic indicators; * Knowledge of Descriptive Statistics, Normal Distribution, Statistical Inference, Hypothesis Testing, and Regression; * Professional experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Databricks LakeView, Metabase, or similar; * Ability to connect quantitative analyses with regulatory and business strategies;  **Differentiators** * Experience in fintech, financial markets, or regulated companies; * Prior experience in regulatory, legal, compliance, or strategic operations roles (e.g., Legal Ops, Compliance Analytics, Risk Analytics); * Experience leading process automation projects delivering operational efficiency gains; * Experience with data governance and agile methodologies; * Experience with the Databricks platform; * Experience implementing or maintaining data catalogs using modeling techniques; * Experience with GitHub code versioning; * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional information** * Workload: 8 hours per day (Monday–Friday; Saturdays are not compensated); * Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws). **We are a Fintech**, a Payment Institution accredited by the Central Bank of Brazil, and **our purpose is to maximize business productivity through technology.** We offer a complete solution for invoice management, payments, receivables anticipation, and serve over 200,000 clients—including self-employed professionals, individual microentrepreneurs (MEI), and large enterprises.
