We believe in harnessing the potential of waterways to move our wealth and connect South America. **Ready to embark on this journey with us toward a better future?** We are seeking a **Senior Contract Analyst**, whose mission will be to **ensure efficient, secure, and strategic contract management—guaranteeing compliance, governance, risk mitigation, and cost optimization—directly contributing to business results.** Responsibilities and Duties **Senior Contract Analyst** * Design and implement contractual measurement processes, ensuring standardization and governance * Ensure alignment among contractual scope, measurements performed, and invoiced amounts * Analyze contract measurements, validating quantities, criteria, and evidence of execution * Identify risks and inconsistencies between contracts and measurements (scope, pricing, adjustments, SLAs) * Monitor contractual deadlines, measurement milestones, price adjustments, and validity periods * Serve as the focal point between operational and finance teams for measurement validation * Support drafting and reviewing of contractual clauses related to measurement and billing * Develop and monitor performance and compliance KPIs * Prepare managerial reports and critical analyses on deviations between actual vs. contracted performance * Implement internal controls to ensure traceability and auditability of measurements * Support internal and external audits, ensuring documentary and procedural compliance * Manage claims, measurement discrepancies, and contractual amendments * Contribute to continuous improvement of contract management processes and systems * Support implementation of tools and systems for measurement control * Ensure organization and integrity of the contractual and measurement document repository * Manage the measurement workflow. * Monitor scope, execution, and contractual changes. * Interface with inspection/management teams regarding deadlines and disbursement flow. * Control measurements, price adjustments, advances, withholdings, and rejections. * Manage insurance, guarantees, and contractual balances. * Authorize and control fiscal documents and supporting evidence. * Update the contract/project budget. * Contract and draft analysis. * Preventive monitoring of contractual validity periods. * Request and track contractual documentation.
