Interested in a career that yields higher returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define performance goals for the Commercial area. * Plan, manage, and execute strategic projects for the Commercial team. * Support monitoring and reporting for the Commercial area. * Conduct various performance and top-of-funnel analyses for the Commercial area. * Develop management reports for ongoing tracking. * Identify scalable optimization opportunities through new strategies and processes, in collaboration with Commercial and support teams. * Propose improvements to existing processes aimed at minimizing impact on the Commercial area. * Monitor, manage, and report results of Commercial team campaigns. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or related fields. * Proficiency in SQL / DBEAVER programming languages. * Intermediate PowerPoint skills. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of PowerBI. * Basic English proficiency.
