Requirements: Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements in the capital markets domain; Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with the organization’s strategic goals; Develop functional and non-functional specifications, as well as user stories for system enhancements and improvements; Work closely with technical teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions; Conduct impact analyses and feasibility studies for new initiatives; Support incident resolution and monitor system performance to ensure stability and optimal performance; Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare training materials and functional documentation; Maintain up-to-date documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides. Qualifications Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking); \+5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or capital markets; Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and X\-Ray; Ability to work autonomously, think critically, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Differentiators Knowledge of financial instruments and market dynamics; Experience in asset management, wealth management, custody, or securities projects; Understanding of financial products and services, trading systems, and regulatory requirements; Knowledge of SQL or other programming/scripting languages; Experience supporting applications and managing incidents.
