The professional will be responsible for supporting the translation of end-user needs into clear, structured, and documented requirements — enabling architecture, development, data, and integration teams to design and implement appropriate solutions. * Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Business Analyst. * Strong documentation and requirement organization skills. * Knowledge of corporate processes and enterprise systems. * Experience with flowcharts, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation. * Experience working with technology, architecture, data, or integration teams is a plus. * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Bizagi, Miro, or Visio.
