




Description: * Completed technical education in Building Construction; * Experience in residential technical support; * Availability for technical visits in the metropolitan region of São Paulo and Campinas; * Proficiency in Excel. * Provide customer service via the SUAT system and FASTBUILT app, conducting on-site inspections to identify pathologies and explain to customers the type of service to be performed in their unit; * Monitor service requests with GAPE (Post-Delivery Advisory Management) providers via dashboard and spreadsheets to ensure quality and execution within the defined SLA; * Manage the task status indicator (traffic light system) via SUAT/FASTBUILT systems to guarantee timely responses to customers; * Support GAPE analysts/managers (Post-Delivery Advisory Management) in conducting construction handover inspections, verifying quality and compliance with all pre-established requirements to maintain final product quality; * Support GAPE analysts/managers (Post-Delivery Advisory Management) in addressing demands arising from judicial proceedings through routine site visits, ensuring agreed-upon quality, timeline, and cost. 2512070202191758526
