Senior Estimator (Technical Sales Consultant)

Job Summary: The Engear Group seeks a professional with experience in technical estimating and commercial vision to develop competitive proposals aligned with customer needs for HVAC systems. The Engear Group seeks a professional with solid experience in technical estimating, commercial vision, and expertise in HVAC system solutions to develop competitive, technically sound, and customer-aligned proposals. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare technical and commercial proposals; * Analyze project drawings, descriptive memoranda, scopes, and technical specifications; * Perform quantity takeoffs; * Develop direct and indirect cost compositions; * Calculate and analyze BDI (Burden, Overhead, and Profit); * Request and analyze supplier and service provider quotations; * Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms; * Prepare schedules and support proposal planning; * Participate in technical site visits and field surveys; * Support the development of technical and commercial solutions for customers. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals; * Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings; * Knowledge of quantity takeoff; * Proficiency in direct and indirect cost composition; * Knowledge of BDI; * Experience negotiating with suppliers; * Advanced Excel skills; * Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent tool; * Knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRF, Chiller, Split, and chilled water systems; * Availability to conduct technical site visits. **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit/BIM; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Familiarity with ERP systems such as TOTVS, SAP, or similar; * Experience with CRM; * Knowledge of project management methodologies; * Technical English for reading catalogs, manuals, and specifications; Benefits * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance of R$ 27.00 per day; * Transportation Allowance or Mobility Assistance; * HAP Vida Health Plan with co-payment; * Bradesco Dental Plan; * Group Life Insurance; * Educational Incentive starting after six months of employment, supporting continuous development and learning.
