Job Summary: We are looking for a senior professional to lead the technical evolution of our integration and orchestration platform, leveraging AI to automate and improve internal processes. Be a reference in technical quality, reliability, and intelligent automation Description: To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: * Strong backend development experience (Kotlin, Java, PHP, Python, or equivalent stack); * Consistent hands-on experience with system integrations, APIs, messaging, and distributed services; * Experience with orchestration platforms such as Kestra, Airflow, or Prefect; * Practical knowledge of AI applied to engineering—e.g., LLMs, intelligent automation, copilots, agents, or assisted analysis; * Solid foundation in software architecture, integration patterns, and engineering best practices; * Experience with AWS, automation, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and containers; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; * Proficiency in observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting; * Ability to take ownership of domains and lead complex technical initiatives; * Strong communication skills and maturity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. We’d be especially impressed if you have: * Experience in e-commerce or high-transaction environments; * Familiarity with the AWS data ecosystem; * Knowledge of security, LGPD, and data-protection–focused engineering practices; * Experience with generative AI solutions aimed at automation and operational efficiency; * Hands-on experience designing and evolving internal platforms. As a Senior Backend Engineer – Integrations, Platform & AI, you will: * Assume technical leadership of Kestra, ensuring continuous evolution, adherence to best practices, and governance of pipelines; * Design, develop, and maintain critical backend services and integrations across systems such as Magento, ERP, CRM, and internal platforms; * Apply AI practically in day-to-day work—building solutions like intelligent automation, internal copilots, assisted pipeline generation, incident analysis, and operational support; * Evolve the platform’s architecture to ensure scalability, security, and performance in a high-transaction environment; * Implement automation and observability mechanisms that enhance stability and response speed; * Work with the AWS ecosystem to support integrations, processing, and backend services; * Support cost-optimization and performance initiatives with a FinOps mindset; * Collaborate closely with engineering and business teams to elevate the technical standard of solutions. 2512180202551873570
