Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing and supporting operational support, developing and maintaining scripts, using configuration management tools, and automating environment creation and scalability. Collaborate to foster a DevOps culture within the ICT environment Responsible for analysis and operational support services, adhering to the Client's standards and processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain scripts and tools that automate repetitive tasks—such as deployments, configurations, and backups—to increase efficiency and reduce errors; * Use configuration management tools to ensure environment consistency; * Use tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and others to manage configurations, containers, and environment orchestration; * Automate the creation, configuration, and scalability of servers, clusters, and resources in cloud or on\-premises environments, ensuring flexibility and efficiency; * Diagnose production environment issues and perform rapid fixes while preventing future occurrences; * Ensure environments are secure, with access control, encryption, and compliance with information security standards; * Conduct tests to validate improvements, identify bottlenecks, and ensure stability under varying usage conditions; * Maintain up\-to\-date records of pipelines, configurations, procedures, and implemented improvements; * Collaborate to align automation, integration, and continuous delivery strategies, promoting a DevOps culture within the ICT infrastructure environment. **Requirements and Qualifications*** EDUCATION * Completed Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT). * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE * Demonstrate, via records in the Work and Social Security Card or official statements from public or private institutions where previously employed, professional experience in the specified specialty within mission\-critical corporate environments requiring high availability, covering at minimum: * Collaboration with development teams to integrate DevOps practices, demonstrating teamwork and effective communication skills; * Proven history of infrastructure automation using Ansible and/or Terraform; * Scalable and resilient system deployment using Docker and Kubernetes; * Development and execution of application migration plans to Kubernetes; * Resolution of technical infrastructure issues in Kubernetes environments. * CERTIFICATIONS/COURSES/TRAININGS * ITIL 4 training with a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) hours. * Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher * Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification * Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) course or equivalent. * Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) course or equivalent. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Hapvida, Bradesco, or Unimed health insurance (per regional CCT values); Hapvida Odonto or Bradesco Dental dental insurance; Meal or food allowance; Life insurance fully covered by Lanlink; Totalpass; Pharmacy discount program; University tuition assistance; Corporate Education Platform; Welcome\-to\-Baby Kit; Moodar platform.
