Become a Betther and transform public administration in our country. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop AI agents, workflows, skills, connectors, and automations applied to the software development lifecycle (SDLC); * Build integrations with language models, generative AI APIs, and internal engineering tools; * Design solutions to support code generation, technical analysis, documentation, testing, code review, troubleshooting, and pre\-analysis of incidents; * Integrate AI solutions with repositories, CI/CD pipelines, management tools, APIs, knowledge bases, logs, and enterprise systems; * Contribute to building reusable components to accelerate AI adoption across development teams; * Work on context engineering, information retrieval, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and technical knowledge indexing; * Contribute to mechanisms for evaluating quality, traceability, observability, auditing, and continuous improvement of AI solutions; * Support defining technical standards, policies, controls, and best practices for safe and responsible AI use; * Collaborate closely with development, architecture, DevOps, security, product, and governance teams; * Research, evaluate, and propose technologies, frameworks, models, platforms, and approaches to evolve the AI Core’s solutions; * Contribute to metrics measuring adoption, productivity, quality, cost, robustness, and impact of developed solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related fields; * Proven experience building scalable solutions, complex integrations, and applications in enterprise environments; * Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and application architecture; * Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar languages; * Experience with CI/CD, source code versioning, code reviews, and DevOps practices; * Familiarity with agent and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, Semantic Kernel, or similar; * Knowledge of LLM response quality evaluation, evals, benchmarks, guardrails, and human\-in\-the\-loop. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of AI governance, privacy, security, auditing, and responsible LLM usage; * Experience with enterprise environments, legacy systems, Java/Spring, relational databases, and integration with tools such as Jira, GitLab, GitHub, Kibana, or similar. **Our Benefits** At Betha, we value our people with benefits focused on well\-being, development, and quality of life. ️ Meal and Food Allowance – Flexible CAJU Card; Unimed Health Plan; Dental Plan; Career Development Program; Pharmacy Network Benefits; ❤️ Life Insurance; Transportation Allowance; Well\-being and Mental Health – Caju\+ (Wellhub, Conexa, and Optum); Childcare Assistance; Interest\-Free Loan; Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Birthday Day Off; * Creative Time Off; First Installment of the 13th Salary Advanced in the First Semester; An environment that cares for you. **Additional Information** Learn a bit about the Betha way of caring for Betthers: Innovative Environment: Here, you’ll join a workplace that values innovation, creativity, and excellence; Professional Development: You’ll have opportunities for professional growth and continuous training to help you grow and stand out; Recognition: Your work will be valued through competitive compensation and an outstanding benefits package. 14 consecutive years awarded the GPTW seal, recognized as one of the best companies to work for.
