Much remains to be built. **Job Description:** At Areco, we seek an Administrative and Financial Analyst with strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility to handle the company’s administrative and financial routines. This role requires attention to detail, process-oriented thinking, and close collaboration with internal departments, ensuring control, predictability, and support for decision-making. **Work Mode: On-site** **Main Responsibilities:** * Execution and control of accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring; * Support for monthly financial closing; * Execution and support for billing routines; * Generation and analysis of financial and managerial reports; * Monitoring of financial indicators (cash flow, forecasts, delinquency); * Interface with accounting and other internal departments; * Organization and control of administrative documents and routines; * Identification of improvements and support for internal process evolution. **Desired Profile:** * Logical reasoning and organizational skills to manage administrative and financial routines; * Analytical capability to interpret data and support decision-making; * Strong communication and cross-departmental interface skills; * Proactivity in identifying improvements to processes and internal controls; * Commitment to deadlines, quality, and confidentiality of information; * Sense of responsibility regarding financial and operational impacts; * Structured profile with attention to detail and process-oriented vision; * Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent demands. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in administrative and/or financial areas; * Knowledge of financial routines (accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, cash flow); * Experience with Excel (intermediate to advanced level); * Experience with ERP systems; * Document and administrative process organization and control. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of financial indicators and managerial reporting; * Experience in accounting and tax matters; * Experience in automation of administrative/financial processes; * Familiarity with BI tools.
