




São Paulo Hybrid Third Party 13967 Description **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing routines focused on the company's operations in the U.S.; * Prepare, review, analyze, and report financial statements according to US GAAP and BR GAAP; * Collaborate with internal/external audits, ensuring accounting compliance, risk control, and adherence to international standards; * Utilize and manage the **QuickBooks** accounting system as the primary platform; * Develop and implement improvements in accounting processes, integrating into a global collaborative environment; * Act as a business partner to financial leadership in the U.S., providing insights and support for strategic decisions; * Maintain accounting documentation, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's international environment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields; * Advanced/fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking) – essential for working with teams in the U.S.; * Solid experience in accounting for companies targeting the American market, preferably in accounting firms or Big Four with U.S. clients; * Advanced proficiency in **US GAAP** and knowledge of **BR GAAP**; * Previous experience with the **QuickBooks** system; * Ability to work independently, proactively, and with excellent communication in an international environment; * Analytical profile, detail-oriented, with strong sense of responsibility and compliance.
