Job Summary: Accounting professional responsible for bookkeeping, analyses, reconciliations, financial statements, asset control, ancillary obligations, audit support, and report generation. Support external audits and propose process improvements **Responsibilities:** * Conduct accounting bookkeeping and monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accrual basis accounting. * Perform variance analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts, reporting to the controller's office. * Prepare, review, and monitor accounting reconciliations for key accounts (banks, customers, suppliers, inventory, payroll, taxes, and provisions). * Prepare, analyze, and support the preparation of explanatory notes for financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement). * Maintain fixed and intangible asset controls, including registration, depreciation, amortization, disposals, and physical inventories. * Integrate and reconcile payroll data between the Rubi system (Sênior) and the ERP, validating events, labor charges, and provisions. * Prepare, review, and submit ancillary obligations ECD and ECF, ensuring accounting and tax consistency. * Calculate IRPJ and CSLL under the Real Profit regime, managing temporary and permanent differences and tax assets/liabilities. * Support external audits, ensure compliance with internal controls, and propose process improvements. * Prepare accounting and management reports, analyzing payroll and other account impacts on results and cost centers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences * Intermediate Office proficiency * Asset control * Availability for Saturdays or occasional overtime assignments * Verbal and written communication skills (e-mail) * Organization, deadline adherence, and problem-solving ability Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$5,000.00 – R$5,400.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
