Then join our team as a **Senior Accountant** ===================== A professional with solid experience in **treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and monthly closing**, with strong expertise in **cash flow management (short- and medium-term)**, **collections/inadimplency management**, and **credit policy**. Analytical, organized, and process-improvement oriented, with strong communication skills for interacting with banks and internal departments. **Key Responsibilities** * **Cash flow management** (short- and medium-term): forecasting, variance analysis, and payment/receipt planning. * **Treasury routines**: scheduling and releasing payments according to approval limits; monitoring bank balances/positions; managing due dates and financial calendars. * **Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable**: document validation, accounting entries, bank reconciliations, collections and negotiations with customers; continuous improvement of routines. * **Bank interface**: registrations, data updates, and operational handling, ensuring efficiency and compliance. * **Management/monitoring of financial and commercial contracts**: validity periods, payment clauses, guarantees, and SLAs (in partnership with the Controller’s Office). * **Credit Policy**: credit and risk analysis, definition/updates of limits and guarantees, periodic reviews, and exposure monitoring. * **Inadimplency**: monitoring and supporting mitigation strategies (guarantees, renegotiations, and agreements). * **Monthly closing**: reconciliations, supporting documentation, variance analysis, and information quality assurance. * **Process and system improvements**: ERP/automations, internal controls, and KPI tracking. * **Data governance and LGPD compliance**: management of master data (customers/suppliers), bank details, and payment terms, ensuring data integrity and LGPD compliance. * **Audits**: support for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. * Cross-departmental collaboration across multiple departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Economics**, or related fields. * Solid experience in financial operations (AP/AR/treasury/reconciliations/closing), with proficiency in **cash flow management**, **collections**, **inadimplency management**, **credit analysis and granting**, and bank interface. * Experience with **ERP systems** (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS or similar) and **advanced Excel**. * Familiarity with **compliance, internal controls, and audits**. * Knowledge of **LGPD as applied to financial and master data**. **What is your chance?** ------------------------ You will be part of a dynamic and challenging working environment characterised by flat hierarchies and open and constructive cooperation.
