As a Software Engineer, you will play a central role in evolving our real estate CRM, primarily using PHP/Laravel, with forays into Python for automation, integrations, and applied AI projects. You will develop daily using Claude (Claude Code, Claude in Chrome, etc.), applying modern LLM-assisted development practices — not just generating code, but orchestrating the entire end-to-end process, from frontend to deployment, with quality and technical rigor. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain system features using PHP/Laravel on the back\-end and TypeScript on the front\-end. * + Design and evolve integrations and automations using Python. + Practice spec\-driven development: translate requirements into clear, structured specifications before generating code — ensuring the LLM produces exactly what the product team needs. + Participate in architectural decisions, data modeling, and API design. + Perform deployments and manage the build/release lifecycle of applications. + Ensure code quality via automated testing and code reviews — including AI-generated code. + Maintain the product, propose solutions, and communicate technical impact to the product team. Required Qualifications: * Solid experience with PHP and Laravel (Eloquent, Migrations, Queues, Middlewares). * + TypeScript applied to front\-end (validation/type safety, API integration). + Node.js (environment, package management, build scripts). + Basic knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, or APIs (bonus: FastAPI). + Experience with deployment processes (CI/CD, environments, release versioning). + Practical coding vibe: fluent use of Claude (or equivalent tools such as Cursor, Copilot) integrated into the development workflow, with maturity to validate, review, and question AI output. + Spec\-driven development: familiarity with writing structured specs/requisites as the foundation for AI-assisted code generation — rather than ad-hoc prompts. + General understanding of the modern LLM development ecosystem: prompt engineering, MCP (Model Context Protocol), agents. + Proficiency in Git (Gitflow) for release organization. + Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) — modeling, queries, optimization. + Experience consuming and building REST APIs. + Software Engineer mindset: emphasis on readability, testing, scalability — not just "making it work".
