Combining financial expertise with advanced technology, it aims to simplify daily operations, optimize financial management, and support sustainable business growth—always ensuring a secure, efficient, and personalized experience. **About the Role:** We are seeking a developer experienced in **Java/Kotlin** to join our Registration, Accounts, and SLC team. We’re looking for someone passionate about technology, eager to learn and collaborate in building innovative solutions that generate impact on our business and customer experience. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Be passionate about technology and stay updated on industry trends; * Enjoy learning and working with diverse technologies and programming languages; * Actively participate in team routines, proposing and discussing solutions aligned with business objectives; * Maintain a critical mindset and sense of ownership regarding what we build daily; * Monitor and leverage team metrics and KPIs to identify and propose improvements, sustainability initiatives, and new opportunities; * Collaborate in designing and evolving team workflows to ensure effectiveness and efficiency; * Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain the health of delivered software and services; * Continuously improve codebases, balancing delivery speed and quality; * Give and receive feedback as part of a collaborative, growth-oriented environment; * Take ownership of your professional self-development and career progression. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Object-oriented programming; * Experience with **Java (17, 21 or 24)**; * Experience with **Kotlin**; * Frameworks such as **Spring Boot**, **Spring Data**, and use of **JPA**; * REST API design; * Microservices architecture; * Knowledge of principles like **SOLID**, **Clean Code**, and design patterns; * Experience with **CI/CD** and automation tools; * Unit and integration testing; * Knowledge of **Docker** and containerization; * Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS); * Relational and non-relational databases.
