Great Place to Work certified company experiencing growth **What We Are Looking For?** **Main Responsibilities:** Define best development practices; Program, code, and test systems in the language, transitioning across back-end development projects; Implement complex functionalities; Propose technological improvements to systems. Monitor adherence to system development best practices. Validate the existing test coverage in projects; Validate new application features; Monitor application system performance; Propose technological improvements to systems; Anticipate opportunities and issues proactively, acting swiftly and effectively to develop preventive solutions; Support junior developers and contribute to project decision-making; Perform system maintenance, implementing necessary changes to meet user requirements; Develop assembly, debugging, and testing activities for programs, performing maintenance on already-developed programs. **Requirements:** Advanced proficiency in Node.js, including: Event loop, streams, buffer, clustering. Event-driven architecture and asynchronous patterns (Promises, async/await, Observables). Deep professional experience with TypeScript (advanced typing, decorators, generics). Solid knowledge of Express, NestJS, or equivalent frameworks. Design and maintenance of RESTful APIs and gRPC services. Advanced practices of Clean Architecture, DDD, SOLID, and design patterns. Proficiency in automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end): Jest, Mocha, Chai, Supertest. Experience with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) Version control and CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
