Integration and compliance of security solutions **Job Description** Knowledge of implementation and support for cybersecurity infrastructure and applications such as: Cyberark, Netscout, etc. SIEM (Splunk), ZABBIX, The Hive, etc. Authentication systems (MFA, SSO, IAM), HPE servers, CISCO Networking * Management of technical personnel under supervision * Ability to create diagrams and document solutions * Day-to-day decision-making capability * Ability to analyze technical issues * Ability to assess risks and priorities to align client requirements with operations * Experience coordinating cybersecurity technology implementations * Knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001, PCI, etc. * Ability to translate technical issues into terms understandable by management **Qualifications** Work with network, systems, and cloud teams to ensure proper solution integration. . Ensure adherence to best practices (Zero Trust, segmentation, encryption, hardening). . Ensure understanding of solutions and compliance with project lifecycles and support contracts. . Ensure and monitor customer process compliance within required timelines and formats. . Team development. . Provide technical support to the team to ensure proper performance of their duties. . Collaborate with the Management team to support Logicalis team performance. . Resolve hardware, software, network, and application-related issues. . Handle support tickets, calls, emails, or chats, as well as escalations when required. . Document solutions and procedures to improve team performance. . Perform equipment and software maintenance plans (updates, patches, physical cleaning, etc.). . Maintain infrastructure control. . Ability to communicate with clients and attend technical sessions
