Learn more at https://radaz.com.br or on our social media channels. **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a professional to serve as SAR Aerial Survey Coordinator, responsible for planning and executing missions using UAV-mounted radar systems, collecting geospatial data, and providing technical support for remote sensing activities. The professional will work directly in field operations, responsible for equipment preparation, drone operation, data acquisition, and verification of measurement quality, while also contributing to initial data processing and technical analysis of collected data. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Field Operations * Plan and execute aerial survey missions using drones equipped with SAR sensors. **Data Acquisition and Processing** * Conduct GNSS and topographic surveys using precision positioning techniques. * Install ground control points and geodetic bases for mapping campaigns. * Perform initial SAR and geospatial data processing for in-field quality verification. * Work on generating geospatial products such as digital terrain models and cartographic data. * Support analysis and preparation of results for technical studies and projects. **Maintenance and Technical Support** * Diagnose and resolve technical issues during field operations. * Ensure proper preparation, transportation, and configuration of equipment used in campaigns. * Perform periodic inspections and basic maintenance of drones, sensors, and measurement instruments. **Technical Collaboration** * Collaborate with engineering, research, and client teams during data acquisition campaigns. * Contribute to continuous improvement of operational procedures, data acquisition methodologies, and processing workflows. **Requirements for the Position:** * Proven experience in aerial surveying, remote sensing, or topography. * Experience operating professional drones in technical missions. * Solid knowledge of topography, GNSS, and precision positioning techniques. * Experience processing geospatial data and using GIS software. * Field campaign experience and willingness to travel. * Ability to diagnose technical issues and resolve problems during operations. * Technical English for reading documentation and basic communication **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with SAR aerial surveying or onboard radar systems. * Experience installing geodetic control points and processing inertial data. * Knowledge of geoprocessing and topographic processing software. * Experience in remote sensing or aerial mapping projects. **What We Offer:** * Participation in advanced remote sensing and SAR radar projects. * Innovative technical environment with field operations and technological development. * Opportunity to work with UAV, radar, and geoprocessing technologies. * Professional development in national and international projects.
