




Job Summary: We are seeking a QA Analyst with a focus on automation to ensure the stability and quality of deliverables in high-complexity Salesforce projects. Key Highlights: 1. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery stability and customization quality (Apex, LWC, Flows) by automating test cycles to accelerate deployments and minimize risks in high-complexity Salesforce environments. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * QA Strategy and Execution * Plan and execute functional, integration, and regression test plans in Sandbox environments. * Ensure consistency and traceability of test scenarios. * Test Automation (Salesforce) * Develop and maintain automation scripts considering Salesforce-specific characteristics, such as: + Dynamic IDs + Shadow DOM + Lightning Web Components (LWC) * Ensure automation aligns with client needs and follows industry best practices. * Release Validation * Assess the impact of Salesforce Seasonal Releases (Spring, Summer, Winter) on client processes, flows, and customizations. * Proactively identify risks and adjust test scenarios and automation as needed. * Defect Management * Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution, collaborating closely with development teams and client managers. * Ensure clarity, reproducibility, and appropriate prioritization for each defect. * **Technical Requirements** * Automation * Practical experience with at least one of the following tools: * Selenium * Cypress * Playwright * Provar * Copado Robotic Testing * Salesforce Knowledge * Understanding of object structure (Standard and Custom) * Familiarity with Lightning Experience, LWC, Apex, and Flows * Ability to analyze automated processes and their dependencies within the platform * **Certifications (Desirable – Strong Differentiators)** * Salesforce Certified Associate – platform fundamentals * Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder – understanding the logic behind what is being tested * ISTQB Foundation Level – global standard for testing fundamentals * Automation tool certifications + E.g.: Provar University Certification, Copado Robotic Testing, etc. * **Soft Skills** * Critical thinking and strong attention to detail * High adaptability to work across different agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Investigative mindset and focus on risk mitigation * Clear communication for interaction with developers, business analysts, and clients **Behavioral Description:** ============================= We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys teamwork and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is skilled and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in handling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
