Job Summary: Salesforce Solutions Architect to design robust and scalable technical solutions, provide technical leadership to teams, and handle complex requirements gathering. Key Highlights: 1. Design and supervision of integrations between Salesforce and external systems Salesforce Solutions Architect — Work Location Hybrid model with presence required in São Paulo or Brasília Responsibilities **Architecture Design** Design robust and scalable technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business strategic objectives. **Technical Leadership** Guide and support developers, administrators, and consultants throughout the full project lifecycle (development, testing, and deployment). **Requirements Gathering** Collaborate with business units and Product Owners to translate complex requirements into well-defined architectures and clear user stories. **Integrations** Design and supervise integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft, etc.). **Governance and Best Practices** Ensure adherence to platform best practices, including governor limits management, information security, and code quality. **Documentation** Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration specifications). Requirements and Qualifications * Proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect or Technical Architect within the Salesforce ecosystem * Experience with: * System integrations * Data modeling * Information security * Advanced technical knowledge of: * Apex * Lightning Web Components (LWC) * SOQL/SOSL * Flows (automation) * Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Differentiators * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) * Knowledge of Salesforce CI/CD tools: * Copado * Gearset * SFDX * Intermediate, advanced, or fluent English (reading and speaking) * Experience in consulting firms or large-scale corporate projects Certifications (Desirable) * Salesforce Certified Application Architect * Salesforce Certified System Architect * Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) — significant advantage
