We are seeking a candidate with solid platform development experience, critical insight into quality and scalability, and the ability to technically guide the team in building robust, sustainable, and best-practice-compliant solutions. **This position is fully remote.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In the CRM team, you will face the following challenges:** * Serve as a technical reference in Salesforce Core projects and initiatives, supporting development and architectural decisions; * Participate in defining and evolving scalable, secure, and platform-best-practice-compliant technical solutions; * Develop and guide the development of solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce, as required per context; * Support the team in building integrations and services—both for exposing and consuming APIs within the Salesforce ecosystem; * Lead code reviews and disseminate best practices in development, testing, versioning, and technical quality; * Support resolution of complex technical issues, with attention to performance, platform limits, and data volume; * Ensure delivery quality through development standards, test coverage, and technical governance; * Contribute to the team’s technical evolution by sharing knowledge, mentoring developers, and supporting talent development; * Participate in defining development standards and engineering practices applicable to the Salesforce context; * Collaborate with technical leadership, architecture, and multidisciplinary teams to build solutions for diverse clients and business scenarios. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What Cadastra expects from you:** * In-depth knowledge of Apex, including designing scalable, reusable solutions aligned with engineering best practices; * Experience with platform asynchronous features such as Queueable, Batch Apex, Future Methods, and Schedulable; * Experience with advanced development concepts such as polymorphism, modularization, exception handling, limit governance, and asynchronous processing; * Knowledge of high-volume data processing and handling, considering performance, bulkification, and transactional efficiency; * Proficiency in developing interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC); * Knowledge of Aura Components and Visualforce Pages, especially for maintenance or evolution of existing scenarios; * Experience developing and consuming APIs, including native and custom formats; * Knowledge of REST-based integrations, plus experience consuming platform APIs such as Composite API, Bulk API, and Graph API; * Knowledge of event-driven integration patterns and asynchronous communication, including webhooks; * Hands-on experience with version control and code management tools such as Git and GitHub; * Knowledge of CI/CD practices applied to the Salesforce context; * Mastery of platform development best practices, including test classes, coverage, code organization, traceability, and delivery quality; * Ability to technically analyze complex problems and propose consistent solutions, balancing speed, quality, and sustainability; * Strong communication skills, systemic vision, organization, and ability to collaborate across diverse team profiles. **Additional Information** **It’s a plus if you have:** * Knowledge or experience with MuleSoft; * Knowledge or experience with Data Cloud. **Certifications** **Mandatory:** * Salesforce Certified Administrator; * Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I. **Desirable:** * Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II; * Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I; * Certifications related to MuleSoft or Data Cloud.
