**We count on you to** * Develop and maintain solutions in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce pages, Flows, and Process Builder; * Integrate with SAP, Genesys, Serasa Experian, Finnet, and other systems via REST/SOAP APIs; * Manage backlogs, releases, and system maintenance; * Participate in meetings with business stakeholders to understand business needs, propose technical solutions aligned with platform best practices, and define object and data flow architecture in Salesforce; * Apply software engineering best practices, version control using DevOps Center and GitHub, and minimum test coverage; * Document solution design; * Act as Release Manager, coordinating and executing an average of 30 production deployments per month (over 930 between 2023 and 2025); * Manage Environment Lifecycle/Governance; * Conduct peer code reviews and mentor less experienced developers, fostering a virtuous cycle of technical growth; * Provide guidance, supervision, and technical review of outsourced consulting engagements. **Is this role right for you?** * **Education:** Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields * Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, LWC, Aura, Visualforce pages, Flows, and Process Builder. * Proficiency with development tools such as VSCode, Salesforce CLI, Git, GitHub, Postman, SOAP UI, among others. * Intermediate English proficiency required Job Reference: BRA01366
