Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain software by translating backlog user stories into functional code, applying modern design patterns and architectural principles. * Produce high-quality documentation and write efficient code to meet business requirements, leveraging deep expertise in the Salesforce platform ecosystem. * Conduct testing and deployment of solutions, ensuring implementation of automated tests to guarantee quality. * Improve operational efficiency by developing additional automation tools and scripts (e.g., CI/CD automation). * Build and operate infrastructure, tools, and deployment pipelines. * Collaborate closely with other Software Engineers and QAs to understand the end-to-end system. * Support the Product Owner in defining user stories and the Lead Engineer in defining technical solutions. * Manage technical debt, including vulnerability scanning. * Provide ongoing support for solutions, including incident and problem management, root cause analysis, request handling, security compliance, bug fixes, resilience testing, and observability. Requirements: * Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. * Experience with Salesforce Apex and Salesforce Flow. * Expertise in system integration (REST APIs, Webhooks). * Familiarity with design patterns and FFLIB. * Experience with source code management using Git. * Proficiency in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. * Experience in Agile and Scrum environments. * Curiosity and willingness to understand and deepen knowledge of current CRM implementations. * Strong technical problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. * Advanced English (written and spoken).
