




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for selling tires and related products, managing a customer portfolio, prospecting new customers, and performing after-sales activities, always aiming for customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Customer portfolio management and prospecting 2. Focus on tire and automotive product sales 3. Customer service and after-sales support for customer retention * Sell new tires for trucks, agricultural machinery, OTR, inner tubes, protectors, and plastic tarpaulins. * Work towards achieving previously established goals, sales productivity, and market share. * Serve customers within your portfolio by managing their accounts through a planned script, assessing their needs, and following an appointment schedule to offer solutions. * Reactivate and prospect customers by identifying their needs through research into their consumption potential. * Register new customers under your salesperson code to avoid duplication or missed contact opportunities. * Keep your customer portfolio up to date. * Prepare, complete, and update customer registrations in accordance with Caiado's standards and procedures. * Ensure high-quality service when interacting with customers. * Complete and submit the call report correctly to your immediate supervisor within the timeframe stipulated by the company. * Record active and passive calls in the system. * Expedite daily quotation handling, providing immediate feedback to customers to facilitate closing the sale. * Guide customers on product application using comparative analysis of Final Cost vs. KM. * Assist in collections. * Advise the company on purchasing seasonal merchandise according to scheduling agreed upon with your customers. * Perform after-sales activities. * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys. * Identify problems, propose solutions, and develop improvement actions. * Identify successful experiences and present them to the company.
